CZC Youth Alive Camp shall be at Mumbwa High School in December at a fee of K240,000 for registration, insurance, transport, etc. Deadline 31st October, 2012.

The CZC Senior Youth Camp will be at the President's Citizenship College(PCC) Dam in Kabwe from 29th June to 4th July, 2012. Registration is ongoing for the Youths attending this Camp.

The General Secretary of the Seventh Day Adventist World Church shall visit Zambia, Central Zambia Conference specifically on the 22nd & 23rd June, 2012. Sabbath, 23rd June will be Big Sabbath for all Lusaka Churches at avenue to be advised later. The same Afternoon, he will meet with all Church Clerks in Central Zambia Conference at the New Government Complex in Lusaka.

The Southern Africa & Indian Ocean Division Women Ministries Congress 2013 will be held in Zimbabwe at Harare's Rainbow Towers from 2nd to 6th April, 2013. All SDA Women 16 years and above are invited to attend. The Central Zambia Conference has 200 slots, on a first come, first served basis. Those planning to attend the Congress must now register by paying the fees at US$100 per delegate. You can deposit/pay at Anchor House, CZC or ZBUC by 31st August, 2012. Note that Accommodation,Food & Travel fees shall be advised later.

The District Evaluations Day will be on the 17th of June, 2012 at John Laing North, Time 09;00 Hours. To attend are Local Church Elders( with their Quarterly Reports), Church Clerks, Stewardship Secretaries, Treasurers and Federation Leaders.

The District Council shall be at Makeni North on the 24th of June,2012. Time 09:00 Hours. To attend are all Board members in the local Churches and Federation leaders( with their Reports).

The District Pastor will commence the three(03) week Crusade at Nyenyezi Company on 03rd June, 2012.

Head Count Reminder: All those Churches/ Companies that did not conduct their head count as specified last week, do so this Sabbath, please write that data on the provided Form. Submit that form to the district or bring it to the forthcoming Evaluations Day in June.

The Churches & Companies are requested to conduct Head Counts of persons present in their respective congregations in the second (2) and seventh (7) Sabbath of each quarter, and send that data to the district on the provided Form. This Count shall be done as follows: Just at end of Sabbath School lessons and just before the Devine service commences.

The Children Ministries Leadeship Seminar has now been deferred to run from the 29th of June to 3rd July, 2012. The Venue is Tina Trust School. Attendance fees revised downwards to K200, 000 per person, Churches are requested to send Children Ministries leaders, children's Sabbath School Teachers & parents/guardians interested in the learning of Children in the Church. You can pay up until end of 15th June, 2012.

The District Health Federation team is requesting churches to register members who may need this service, age limit is 15 years and above. There will be two promotions to this effect on the 14th of April, 2012 in the afternoon, 14hrs at John Laing Main and Makeni Central simultaneously. Those who need more information are encouraged to attend the said promotions since the experts will be there. This service is free of charge.

ZBUC AMO Rally will be held from 29th April to 5th May, 2012 at Kabwe Trades Training Insitute. In view of this, the district federation is requesting respective AMO societies in Local congregations to contribute towards food: Churches K150,000; Companies K75,000. Transport for those going to Kabwe is K60,000 return. Deadline for payments is 15th April, 2012.

All churches are requested to furnish the Secretariat with dates for their planned Evangelistic campaigns and proposed Speakers for the same. This information is needed URGENTLY for planning purposes.

Sabbath School leaders are urged to start promoting pre-paid orders 3rd and 4th quarter study guides for 2012. Deposit the funds in the district account and bring a copy of the deposit slip to the district office with a breakdown on the reverse side. Prices are still the same: Adult K18,000; Children's, K11,000 and Power points study guide K13,000.

There will be VOP graduation on 14th April, 2012 at Makeni Central SDA Church, 14hrs. Churches are requested to send the names of graduates to secretariat and to help their graduands with transport.

There will be a district music fellowship on 29th April, 2012 at Chilongolo SDA Church. To attend are all music groups in the district, without fail.

Makeni Mission District campmeeting will be held from 19th to 26th August, 2012 at our campsite. Our speakers are Pastors Situmbaeto from West Zambia Field, Francis Kakoma from Chibombo and Abinary Mukwakwa. The theme for this year's campmeeting is GOD'S WORD, OUR WORD; Theme song is 45 Local/ 272 SDA Hymnal. Let us all prepare to meet the Lord there. Look out for the detailed program.

The Youth Week of Prayer begins 17th March to 24th March, 2012. Sermons and list of speakers have been dispatched to all congregations. At the end, complete the report and send to secretariat.
